Ritual Residue operates in accordance with:

We maintain:
A sanitary facility subject to inspection

3. Age Requirements (Indiana Law)
You must be 18 years or older
Tattooing minors without proper consent is a criminal offense in Indiana. (Indiana Government)
Valid government-issued ID is required.

4. Health Disclosure & Client Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that:
You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions
You are not pregnant, intoxicated, or under the influence
You understand the risks of infection and allergic reaction
We reserve the right to refuse service for any health or safety concern.

5. Deposits, Payments, & Refund Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit
Deposits apply to final cost
No refunds after service is rendered
Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations or no-shows

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
See artist for minimum hours notice required
Late cancellations may equal deposit forfeiture
No-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings

7. Tattoo Procedure Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
Tattooing is a permanent body modification
Results vary based on skin, placement, and healing
Exact replication of reference images is not guaranteed

8. Aftercare Responsibility
You agree that:
You will follow all aftercare instructions provided
Improper aftercare voids any touch-up guarantees
The shop is not responsible for complications caused by neglect

9. Photo, Video & Marketing Release
By receiving services, you grant Ritual Residue:
Permission to photograph or record your tattoo
Rights to use images/videos for:
Social media
Website portfolio
Marketing and promotional materials
You will not be personally identified without consent, unless previously agreed.
To opt out, you must notify the tattoo artist before your appointment begins.

10. Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or sold
Commercial use requires written permission

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Ritual Residue is not liable for:
Allergic reactions
Infection due to improper aftercare
Dissatisfaction with healed results
Any indirect or incidental damages

12. Right to Refuse Service
